1. 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
This applies if you change your mind, if the product doesn't meet your expectations (e.g., the signal didn't improve as hoped), or if you simply ordered the wrong model.
2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be:
In Good Condition: The product must be returned in the same condition as you received it.
Original Packaging: Must include the original box, manuals, cables, and all mounting accessories.
Proof of Purchase: Please provide your Order Number or receipt.
3. THE RETURN PROCESS (LOCAL RETURNS): All returns are processed locally at our Italian Warehouse.
Step 1: Contact our support team at info@kaserstore.com with your Order Number and reason for return.
Step 2: We will provide you with a Return Authorization and the specific address of our warehouse in Italy.
Step 3: Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.
4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Defective / Damaged / Wrong Item: KASER covers 100% of the cost. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label (BRT, DHL, or UPS) to return the item free of charge.
Change of Mind / Signal Issues: If the product works but you decide not to keep it (e.g., signal improvement was not sufficient for your specific location), you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Convenience Option: In many cases, we can provide a discounted return label for you to print, the cost of which will be deducted from your final refund. Please ask our support team for this option.
5. REFUNDS Once your return is received and inspected at our Italian facility (usually within 2-3 business days):
We will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Please allow 5-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
6. 2-YEAR LEGAL GUARANTEE All KASER products sold to consumers in the European Union are covered by the mandatory 2-Year Legal Guarantee of Conformity. If your device develops a hardware fault within 2 years of delivery, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
